Diane has a private practice in Seattle--Alpha Wellness Services.
One of her many interests are in weight control. She is active in weight, fitness, and sports hypnosis, and NLP in Professional Sports. She has guided several figure, fitness, and bodybuilding contestants to their Professional status. Diane Sewell was the hypnotist and life coach for the winning weight loss group in the Biggest Loser. Many of her clients have become over 100 pounds lighter and kept it off for years. Putting herself in her fitness and figure clients place—Diane took 1st place in the Figure Completion at SteelWorld. (age 50 and over) SteelWorld is a National IFPA Fitness, Figure and Bodybuilding Competition.
Diane also volunteers with PTSD survivors, abuse survivors and military families.
